ТОО "Goosebumps Digital" provides access to roxy.kz software as a SaaS product.
The user applies the platform to create an online store and manage products, orders, CRM, warehouse, documents, integrations and analytics within the selected plan.
Account and access
- The user is responsible for accurate account data and access security.
- Employee access is managed by the account owner through roles and permissions.
- Access may not be transferred to persons who are not authorized to work with company data.
Plans and payments
Service functionality is provided according to the selected plan and connected packages. Plans may differ by product, user, warehouse, order, integration and additional feature limits.
User data
The user is responsible for the legality of data uploaded to the service, including customer, employee, counterparty, product, order and document data.
