Terms of use

GOOSEBUMPS DIGITAL LLP provides access to the roxy.kz software product under a SaaS model. The agreement governs registration, use of the account, plan activation, and work with the online store, CRM, orders, warehouse, documents, integrations, analytics and other platform modules.

The user accepts the agreement by registering, signing in, paying for a plan, creating a store, using modules, or continuing to use the service after an updated version of this document is published.

The service is intended for sole proprietors, LLPs, company employees and other persons who use roxy.kz for business or professional activity.

If the user acts on behalf of a company, the user confirms having authority to register an account, activate plans, add employees, upload data and accept these terms on behalf of that company.

roxy.kz is a technology platform for managing sales and business processes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, roxy.kz is not the seller of goods or services listed in user stores, does not set store prices, and is not responsible for the seller fulfilling obligations to the buyer.

The store owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of information about goods, prices, availability, delivery, returns, warranties, the public offer, the buyer data processing policy, fiscal documents, tax accounting and compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Service functionality is provided within the selected plan and connected packages. Plans may differ by limits on products, employees, warehouses, stores, orders, transactions, integrations, AI operations and other parameters.

An enterprise plan may be configured individually: limits, term, price and additional conditions are agreed separately and recorded in the account or in contractual documents.

If a plan has expired or a limit is exhausted, access to individual modules may be restricted until renewal, a plan change, or purchase of an additional package. Restrictions do not cancel the obligation to pay for services already rendered.

Plans and additional packages are paid through available payment services or other agreed methods. Access to paid features is activated after the payment is confirmed by the payment system or by the service operator.

If a payment link has expired, the user can generate a new one in the account. Refunds, credits and adjustments are considered individually, taking into account actual use of the service, plan conditions, technical constraints and mandatory legal requirements.

The user retains rights to uploaded materials: texts, images, video, and data on products, customers, orders, warehouses, documents and integrations. The user grants roxy.kz a technical right to store, process, transform, back up and transmit such data only to the extent necessary for the service to operate.

The user is responsible for the lawfulness of uploaded content and for holding rights to images, descriptions, trademarks, imported data, exchange files, documents and third-party information.

The platform provides tools for placing orders, payment, delivery, returns, notifications and documents, but does not replace the legal obligations of the seller towards the buyer.

The store owner must independently ensure correct terms of sale, order processing, returns, delivery, fiscalization, user consents and other documents required for e-commerce and consumer protection.

The platform can connect to payment systems, delivery services, messaging services and messengers including WhatsApp Business, marketplaces, 1C, fiscalization services, electronic invoicing, AI services and other external solutions. The terms, pricing, availability and correct operation of such services may depend on their own rules, portals, APIs, keys and technical limitations.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of connected credentials and for complying with the rules of external services. roxy.kz is not liable for unavailability, failures, API changes, blocking, fees or decisions of an external service unless caused by roxy.kz.

The documents, analytics, warehouse, fiscalization and reporting modules help maintain records and prepare data, but do not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice.

The user must independently verify the accuracy of company details, tax regime, rates, primary documents, fiscal operations, electronic documents, reporting deadlines, and the compliance of their activity with the law.

Access to the service or to individual modules may be restricted in case of non-payment, breach of the agreement, a security threat, an attempt to access other users data, a request from a state authority, or the need to prevent damage to the platform and to other users.

When ending use of the service, the user must export the required data in advance. Storage, archiving and deletion of data are performed in accordance with the technical rules of the service, contractual obligations and legal requirements.

roxy.kz takes reasonable measures to keep the service stable, to back up and protect data and to recover from failures. At the same time, platform operation may depend on the internet, hosting, payment systems, external APIs, browsers and user actions.

The service is provided within the selected plan and the functionality actually available. roxy.kz is not liable for lost profit, errors in user data, consequences of incorrect settings, decisions of external services, or actions of the user buyers and counterparties.

The operator may update the agreement, plans, documents and service functionality. A new version applies from the date of publication unless it specifies a different effective date.

For questions about the agreement, the user may send a request to team@roxy.kz. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing that, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
